1. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA.

2. Do you offer price adjustments?
We understand that sometimes you may find a better price after purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on orders once they’ve been processed. However, be sure to follow our newsletter to receive updates on sales and promotions!

3. What are my shipping options?
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and other USPS services. Estimated delivery times are:
• USPS Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any USPS-related delays.

4. When will I receive my order?
We fulfill your order within 3 business days. The delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package!

5. How do I return my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return your item, please visit our Return page for detailed instructions. You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure your bikini is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges due to the limited quantity of each item in our collection. If your purchase doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to return it for a refund (if eligible) or request a store gift card instead. You can then use the gift card to place a new order for the item you’d like, if it’s still available.

7. Can I return my final sale purchase?
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable. These items are deeply discounted and cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

8. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

9. Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they’ve been processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive it.

10. How do I take care of my bikini?
Great question! To keep your bikini in perfect condition, we recommend hand washing with cold water and laying it flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents and never tumble dry. For full care instructions, check out our Care Instructions page.

11. What size should I order?
To help you find your perfect fit, we recommend checking out our Size Guide available on the product page. We’ve designed our bikinis to fit true to size, but if you’re between sizes or need further assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

12. Does the women’s bottom piece come only in one size?
Yes, our women's bikini bottom comes in one size, but it is adjustable with ties, allowing it to fit up to a USA size L. This ensures a comfortable and flexible fit for a variety of body types. Please refer to our Size Guide for more details.

13. Can I buy only the top of the bikini set?
No, we currently only offer the bikini as a full set, including both the top and bottom. We do not sell the pieces separately.

14. Can I buy only the bottom of the bikini set?
No, our bikini sets are sold as a complete set, which includes both the top and bottom. We do not offer the option to purchase the pieces separately.
