Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note: business days are Monday-Friday; we do not process orders on the weekends.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our Miami office.
  • Processing times may be longer during high volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and other USPS services. Estimated delivery times are:

  • USPS Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days
  • USPS Priority shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and USPS delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over $180

Order Changes & Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If you need to make changes, email us immediately at support@wikiniusa.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@wikiniusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll help and initiate a claim with USPS. Claims are subject to carrier investigation and processing times. However, replacement of orders is at our discretion and subject to the specifics of the situation.
  • For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, we may request additional documentation (e.g., police reports, signed affidavits) to complete the claim.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at USPS.com or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
